Cadet programs are one of the best ways to get a foot in the door of aviation but be warned, if you apply for one of these often a candidate is given very little time to prepare for the assessment. One of the more well known, low cost carriers offer as little as 72 hours notice to prepare for the online assessments. However, that could change according to the most current market requirements.
